ericemanuel.com may require additional personal information in order to verify identity. In the event that additional information is required, we will make multiple attempts to contact you. We will attempt e-mail contact, and await a response within 48 hours. The order is subject to cancellation if there is no response from the customer within 48 hours.

All packages are processed for shipping within 1-2 business days of your purchase. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Delays are not the responsibility of ericemanuel.com. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All separate orders must be shipped individually and cannot be combined, even if the purchaser has made both orders.

All domestic orders are subject to a $10 shipping fee. Orders placed separately will be shipped individually and cannot be combined. Shipments will be delivered via DHL Parcel Expedited and generally arrive within 5-7 business days

ericemanuel.com provides worldwide shipping. All international orders are subject to a $20 shipping fee ($10 for shipments to Canada). Shipments will be delivered via DHL Parcel International Direct and generally arrive within 5-10 business days.

Duties & Taxes:

Customers now have the option to pre-pay for potential duties and taxes at checkout. Please note that import duties and taxes can vary by country. If you choose not to pre-pay or if pre-payment isn’t available for your delivery destination (or for any other reason), please be aware of the following:

(a) The duties and taxes displayed during checkout are estimates and may not reflect the actual amount charged by the broker, carrier, or relevant authorities. These charges could be higher than the estimate provided.

(b) You will be fully responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes directly to the relevant authorities, as determined by them.

Global-e/ Eric Emanuel are not responsible for any discrepancies or issues related to these charges. Additionally, if you fail to pay the required duties and taxes without a valid reason, and this results in liability for us, the carrier, or any third party, the amount owed may be deducted from any refund or other payments you are entitled to.
